          It is easier or the simplest method to use because you can easily put data through the table and you can run the query to find the data that you need while the manual method it's hard to use because you still have to write it down through paper.

           First, you need to identify the info or data that you needed, then use the design query to locate the tables that are containing the information or data that you needed.

4. Is it important to separate or to divide the query in the database?

           Yes, because this will also help you to find the query that you only needed easily. Dividing the query may look organized your data.

         Yes, I`d like to use a database for my activities or business, because it may take an hour to put every piece of information in the query but once you are done you can easily search for the data that you needed and it will organize your activities or business.
